日本で「花」と言えば桜。平安時代からの伝統です。桜を詠んだ和歌はたくさんありますが、画像に合う和歌を探してみました。
In Japan, when we mention “flowers,” it is often associated with cherry blossoms. It has been a tradition since the Heian period. There are numerous traditional Japanese poems (waka) dedicated to cherry blossoms. I have searched for a waka that suits the image. Here it is,
み吉野の山べに咲ける桜花雪かとのみぞあやまたれける 紀友則 古今和歌集60
吉野の山に咲いている桜の花は、雪かとばかり間違えるなあ
