宮島の弥山は、標高535メートルです。麓には雪は降っていませんでしたが、登ってみると頂上に雪が降っていました。
Mt.Misen in Miyajima is 535 meters above sea level.Even if there is no snow at the foot of the mountain, you may see snow at the top when you climb the mountain.
弥山に登るにはいくつか道がありますが、紅葉谷コースを通りました。秋は紅葉が綺麗です。
There are several ways to climb Mt. Misen. I took the Momijidani course. This course shows you beautiful leaves in the autumn.
古代の日本の聖地には巨石があると言われますが、宮島の場合も頂上に近づくにつれて大きな石が増えてきます。

普段は水が流れている滝が凍っています。

巨石に雪が降り積もっています。 Snow is falling on the boulders.
階段を降りるのは、雪で足元が滑って少し危険でした。
Going down the stairs was a bit dangerous as my feet were slippery due to the snow.
弥山はパワースポットとしても有名ですが、雪が降ってさらに神秘的に感じました。古代の信仰や宮島独特の自然を感じることができる場所です。
